Return & Refund Policy

01 Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving the order.
To qualify for a standard customer preference return, products should meet the following conditions:

04 Exceptions to Standard Returns

For customer preference exchanges, the recommended process is:

Replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from the product description are handled under Section 03 at no additional cost to you.
